On holiday to Croatia in 2021

Croatia has become a popular holiday destination in recent years. The country is not only known for its beautiful coastline, but also for its extensive forests, national parks and large lakes. The capital of Croatia, Zagreb, is a city with a lot of atmosphere and many sights. The cities of Rovinj, Dubrovnik and Split are also popular destinations for tourists. Croatia is also known for its many islands, such as Krk, Vis, Hvar and Brač.

All about the travel certificate

If you have a negative test result, you will receive a travel certificate from us. The certificate for the PCR test and antigen rapid test are different. So check carefully which certificate you need for your holiday destination.

To travel to Croatia both certificates can be used. The document is checked at five points:

  • The type of test: an antigen rapid test or a PCR test
  • The test result: it should be negative
  • The first and last name: this must be in accordance with the passport
  • The date and time of the test
  • The details of the institute or laboratory that administered the test

What's a coronagraph?

A coronate test is a test that can show whether a person is infected with COVID-19 virus. There are different types of coronate tests, such as an antigen rapid test and a PCR test. A antigen rapid test gives the result within 30 minutes, so you know very quickly whether you are infected with the virus at that moment. The result of a PCR test takes a little longer (max. 24 hours), but also gives a slightly more accurate result. In many cases the antigen rapid test is not suitable to travel with, while a PCR test is. However, for Croatia a negative antigen rapid test result is sufficient to enter the country.

Both the antigen rapid test and the PCR test (including travel certificate) can be performed at one of our five testing locations. Make a coronation appointment here on the date of your choice!

If the result is negative, you will receive an international travel certificate from us.
