On vacation to Norway in 2022
Norway is known for its natural wonders, including glaciers, forests, lakes, waterfalls and fjords. The Sognefjord is located just 150 km north of the historic city of Bergen and is the longest fjord in the world. The Northern Lights are also one of Norway's most famous sights. The capital Oslo is also very popular among holidaymakers.
All about the travel certificate
In case of a negative test result we will give you a travel certificate. However, the certificate for the PCR test and the antigen rapid test are not the same. So check carefully which certificate is necessary for your holiday destination.
To enter Norway, both certificates are suitable. The document is checked at five points:
- The type of test: an antigen rapid test or a PCR test
- The test result: it should be negative
- The first and last name: this must be in accordance with the passport
- The date and time of the test
- The details of the institute or laboratory that administered the test
What's a coronagraph?
Coronate tests can be used to determine whether a person is infected with the COVID-19 virus. There are different kinds of coronate tests, such as a rapid antigen test and a PCR test. Want to know the result right away? The antigen rapid test gives the result within a short period of time. Are you planning to travel? In many cases, a PCR test is necessary. However, this is not the case for Norway. The result of a PCR test takes a little longer, but is more accurate.
The antigen rapid test and the PCR test (including certificate) can both be taken at one of our testing locations. Go well prepared on your journey and book an appointment at one of our test sites.
