Travelling to Switzerland

To ensure that no infected travellers enter the country, many countries currently have entry restrictions. In many cases you will need to show a negative corona test result to gain entry into the country.

All about the travel certificate

You need an international travel certificate to travel to Switzerland. You will receive this from us if your PCR test result is negative. The document is checked at five points:

  • Type of test: in our case it is the 'PCR'.
  • Test result: Must be negative
  • First name and surname: according to passport
  • Date and time of test
  • Details of the institute or laboratory that administered the test

What's a coronagraph?

Testservice offers different types of corona tests, such as a antigen rapid test and a PCR test. With this test you can find out if you are infected with the COVID-19 virus. An antigen rapid test shows the result within 15 minutes, so you have certainty immediately. The result of a PCR test takes up to 24 hours, but is more accurate.

PCR test costs for travel to Switzerland

The costs for an antigen rapid test at Testservice are €45,-. The costs for a PCR test including a travel certificate to travel to Italy are €99,- Have you been tested before 13:00? If so, you will receive your results the same day. If you are tested after 13:00, you will receive the result 24 hours later.


If the result is negative, you will receive an international travel certificate from us.
